Your purchase will be packaged, processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. We ship by USPS Priority Express with adult signature required. Once your item has shipped an email with tracking information will be sent to you.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and currently ship only within the United States. Contact us for international shipments at : Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of Sharon Meyer Jewelry, some items may take longer to ship. If that is the case, we will email you with projected shipment date.
If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase of Sharon Meyer Jewelry. We strive to provide the best in jewelry and customer service, so if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at Return Policy We’ll accept requests for return authorizations for items that are unused, undamaged and with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request at within 14 days of the date you received your item. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved and if not, why the return was not approved. Common reasons for refusal include physical damage to the jewelry, the presence and aroma of hairspray, perfume and other cosmetics or other substances. If approved, a credit will be posted to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt of your return. Once your payment company confirms our payment, it will credit your account in accordance with the terms of your account agreement. As those terms differ from company to company, Sharon Meyer Jewelry cannot guarantee when the credit will show on your account statement so if you have questions, contact your payment company. Exchanges In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to repair or exchange the item for a new one if available as Sharon Meyer Jewelry is unique, handmade and most items are one of a kind. Please email within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the exchange process. Return Shipping After you’ve submitted a return request to, we will send you a PDF of a pre-paid return shipping label. Please print it and affix to your package. Please make sure to tell the shipping company clerk that an adult signature is required for delivery. This for your protection because if we don’t receive your package, we are unable to approve a refund or exchange. However, if we deny your return or exchange, you are responsible to arrange and pay for return shipping of the item. You must send us at a PDF of a pre-paid return shipping label from UPS or FedEx within 14 days of our email notification that your refund or exchange request was denied or your item will be considered abandoned and disposed of. Our responsibility is limited to delivering your package, repacked as it was received by us, with your pre-paid label affixed to a local UPS or FedEx store. All loss or damage of any kind and from any cause, direct or indirect, is your responsibility, including loss or damage caused in whole or in part by inadequate or improper packaging, handling or other cause. Final Sale Items “Final sales” do not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Final sales include items that are sized for the customer, commissioned designs, or marked as final sale. Insurance If you’re shipping an item to us, consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
